DUTIES: Research and analyze market data and competitive tariffs and accurately respond to rate and service inquiries.
Responsible for daily pricing, quoting and securing adhoc pricing from a wide range of services on a global basis.
Produce reports and deliverables within specified guidelines, requiring statistical analysis.
Experience working with air and ocean cargo pricing and contracts, includes making ad hoc pricing arrangements, preparing written quotations, responding to RFI's, RFQ's or RFP's.
Review and analyze RFI's, RFQ's, RFP's and contracts and negotiate both independently and under the supervision of Supervisor and/or Manager.
Complete various assigned projects from vision to completion.

EDUCATION: High School diploma. At least three years of University studies in International commerce, Business Administration, or related careers.
Fully bilingual.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Three to five years of pricing or analyst experience in the logistics industry.
Strong analytical and technical abilities, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively leverage the resources of the organization to accomplish assigned tasks.
Strong project management experience.
