Requirement: Import Export experience, maritime transportation companies, freight services experience.
Customer Rep is responsible to receive move requirement and follow up an order by providing feedback to the customer or internal customer.
? Received Move Request from Customer
? Select Master Order based on financial rules and moves requirements
? Update Orders from e-Stat
? Create Order on TMW
? Compute Rate / Manually indicate rate for Broker/Spot
? Prepare Carta Porte & Manifest
? Print Advance Invoice when required
? Print Order Summary for 4PL
? Track & trace orders to communicate status to the customer
? Received Move Request from Freight Service
? Identified Bill to Party (CLAS included in b/l) or Customer
? Compute Rate
? Add Manual Accessorial Charges
? Report missing rate, kms, companies, locations, cities to adm team
? Print Advance Invoice when required
? Track & trace orders to communicate status to Freight Service
? Re-schedule Orders
o Must have receive training on CICS screen
o Must have receive the financial rules to identified which master order to select
o CLI must have receive e-stat training
o Dual Monitor
o Must have review the manual and process to request companies, locations, bill to, rates, kms, etc.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
o Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
o English preferred (read must)
o Demonstrated input data accuracy and speed
