HUAWEI SHOP IN SHOP PROMOTER
(STORE SALES REPRESENTATIVE)

1. Job Description
Report to: Supervisor
2. Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
Huawei store promoter core responsibilities will be to engage customers, interact with them to demonstrate and deliver an incredible product experience, assess client needs, establish rapport and close deals to increase sales and reach individual KPI, trough:
a) Maintain an expert understanding of Huawei devices, tablets and more
b) Build meaningful customer relationships
c) Work in a collaborative manner alongside store staff
d) Drive sales against targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
e) Maintain brand, visual and operational standards
f) Deliver sale support materials to store personnel and customers
g) Adhere to store/Huawei corner/Huawei policies and procedures
h) Feedback customer and store ideas and suggestions to Supervisor
i) Capture and report all relevant data on a daily basis
j) Review and communicate stock levels (daily)
k) Train and develop in-store staff on Huawei products
l) Responsible for motivating staff to drive sales and create brand awareness
m) Merchandising
n) Meet and exceed established KPIs

3. Requirements for the position
a) General Requirements
1) Male or female of 22-25 years old

b) Education
1) 1-2 years of college education in marketing, business o related field

c) Experience
1) Experience with handsets/tablets/Android OS
2) 1-2 years of previous retail or sales experience

d) Skills and Qualification
1) Exceptional attitude and personality
2) Enthusiast, energetic, go-getter, self-motivated, team player
3) Passion for Huawei brand and technology
4) Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationships
5) Computer literate (Windows, MS Office, Email)
6) Flexibility to change stores/channel if required to meet business needs
7) Bilingual (English-Spanish) 50%
8) Good presentation and appearance to represent Huawei brand
