Contract management includes detailing the local terms and conditions, informing the internal business partners, phasing in/out of suppliers, ensuring contract compliance, optimizing Purchase Orders (POs), managing and escalating issues and providing input in the next round of negotiations.
The objective is to maximize supply related financial and operational performance and minimize risk. Your role will lead to enhanced visibility and enhanced control and performance of supplier contracts, providing increased cost savings and improved risk management
Responsabilidades Claves

• Act as the single commercial point of contact between the local and global internal business partners and the Millicom suppliers in a specific country

• Detail the terms and conditions upon contract handover by the global category manager or the local procurement manager

• Inform the internal business partners about the contract

• Phase in / out suppliers, contracts and products/services, in close collaboration with internal business partners

• Ensure contract compliance from both parties

• Optimize Purchase Orders (POs)
Requerimientos de posición

• At least a Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering, IT/IS or Law
• Fluent in the local language and in English
• 5+ years of experience in a similar contract management or procurement roles, covering spend areas like engineered products, high-tech projects, software development and deployment, IT infrastructure and IT services procurement
• Experience in the Telecom industry is highly preferable
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and third-parties, in a multinational context
• Experience with Oracle (preferred) or SAP in a Procurement context.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
