Descripción de la Oferta

The position will report directly to the Board of Directors with a matrix report to the Branch Manager.
(1) This position is involved on a day to day basis in assisting the management and staff of the assigned business or corporate function.
(2) assisting the relevant staff in the achievement of compliance with obligations and corporate policies related to complaint handling through the effecting of appropriate systems, processes and controls;
(3) monitoring and assessing a) the adequacy and effectiveness of the systems, processes and controls effected by senior management and other relevant staff for the achievement of compliance with complaint handling regulations.
(4) to act as a ‘point of contact’ for local regulators and external parties in assistance to General Management and on Complaint Handling matters and to report reportable issues to the local regulator in accordance with the regional / local Reportable Regulatory Issues Policy; and
(5) Ensure the implementation and enforcement of existing rules on financial user protection, financial transparency, corporate governance, Financial Customer Service and other related established by the Commission.
(7) Assist General Management in follow-up to information requests, management reports, coordinating the GM's schedule, as necessary.
(8) Others necessary to the performance of its functions.
