EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• One of the following required: advanced degree in instructional design or curriculum design, certificate in instructional design, or 1–3 years experience in this field.
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading project- and/or team-based initiatives and training efforts.
• Must have HTML, Dreamweaver, and Learning Management System experience.
• Proven experience collaborating with colleagues at varying levels within the organization.
• Excellent attention to detail, as well as writing, critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including working independently on multiple projects.
• Microsoft Office skills required.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory preferred.
• Knowledge of innovative technologies and tools, Java script, and cascading style sheets is a plus.
• Familiarity with ADA/section 508 accessibility requirements for Web-based materials preferred

Helps to develop and implement standard processes across the ISD team
Performs a quality control check of built courses against pre-defined departmental standards, as needed.
