Responsible for developing, implementing and/or administering methodologies, programs and initiatives that promote skill and knowledge enhancement of a diverse employee population across the organization, encompassing all tenets of corporate values, goals and objectives.
Researches, analyzes and applies best practices and trends in executive and adult education, blended learning, instructional design, e-learning, learning delivery systems and learning as a process. Develops and implements course testing and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of training and development activities, and makes recommendations of enhancements.
Establishes and maintains partnerships internal/external of the organization to maintain a unified approach to employee development. Manages requests for proposals (RFPs) and negotiating prices and contracts. Oversees or leads the facilitation of events, such as workshops and seminars.
Prepares and administers program budgets and forecasts, as well as develops and communicates program policies and best practices. May directly and/or indirectly supervise employees, including executing performance management.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, training/learning, organizational development or a related field and 5 – 8 years of employee development and training experience in a large organizational and/or functional business unit; or combination of post high school education and related experience equal to nine (9) years. Fully Bilingual English / Spanish
All Crowley positions require proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Some positions may also include proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
