* High degree of skill and passion for taking care of customer needs to ensure complete customer satisfaction and retention. Will receive or make customer contact via phone call, e-mail, chat and/or any other source; answers questions; modifies errors; coordinates with other internal departments to ensure customer requirements can be met;
* Provides excellent customer service; handle most complex customer inquiries and the willingness to build long-term relationships with the customers
* Ability to deliver value added services by developing a strong knowledge of all of Crowley's services and has the ability to influence and sell the service offerings (including new systems);
* Creative, flexible, self-motivated and goal oriented individual;
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment;
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment;
* Ensures compliance with individual and team KPIs;
* Identifies and communicate improvement needs; may recommend improvements that would enhance the customer experience;
* May be required to travel when necessary;
* Performs other duties as requested
