GENERAL SUMMARY:
Laureate Education, Inc. provides a superior university experience for full-time and working-adult students worldwide through its leading international network of accredited campus-based and online universities. The LEAF Operations Manager is directly responsible for the successful operation and adoption of the LEAF assessment for all network institutions, as well as for creating a positive experience for the institutions by modeling and facilitating intra- and inter-departmental collaboration, leading positively and proactively, resolving issues with a sense of urgency, and then facilitating and tracking the delivery of consistent high quality services to our institutions. This is a full-time position for the Laureate Network Office Honduras.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Coordinate implementation of LEAF and achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Lead and manage the weekly LEAF Operations Meetings
• Continuously reduce recurring process issues and ensure root cause elimination of operational issues.
• Develop clear, actionable plans to improve institutions satisfaction and lower service delivery costs by identifying service performance issues and working with appropriate resources to implement and track service improvements.
• Develop relevant practices and procedures for implementation and sustainability of LEAF initiative
• Track and evaluate change requests from operational processes and systems and facilitate the change control processes with related teams and resources.
• Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify potential issues.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work closely with LEAF Operations Team and management to prioritize business and information needs
• Make contributions to the continuous improvement framework, including application of knowledge and current professional and industry trends.
• Facilitate the prioritization and completion of projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop level-appropriate reporting to ensure visibility of key accomplishments and issues; lead development and implementation of operations dashboards.
• Identify and maintain organizational and informational touch points for successful interactions within Laureate's international university network.
• Work with the appropriate teams to ensure success of new program, service, and improvement launches.
• Monitor validation process of assessment data
• Analyze results using statistical techniques and provide insights
• Review and verify accuracy of calculations performed
• Identify and resolve potential data-integrity and other reporting issues
• Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables
• Build positive, mutually supportive intra- and inter-departmental relationships that support successful collaboration within the entire Laureate network.
• Role model a leadership style that is service oriented, positive, respectful, collaborative, and assertive especially during periods of stress, pressure, and constraints.
