Position Summary: Installs, repairs, conducts preventive maintenance, modifies and tests information technology related equipment and systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Installs, repairs, conducts preventive maintenance, modifies and tests information technology related equipment and systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation..
- Installs, repairs, and conducts preventive maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
- Sets up, coordinates and monitors the operation of electronic computer equipment for end users in a network environment.
- Modifies repairs and conducts preventative maintenance on telecommunication equipment and related systems.
- Resolves minor network issues.
- May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required

Requirements:
- 2+ years of desktop support & troubleshooting experience preferable
- 2+ years experience supporting users of Windows OS, MS Office preferable
- Demonstrated TCP/IP knowledge & troubleshooting abilities
- Demonstrated Network equipment knowledge & troubleshooting
- Education: High School degree in IT Tech or University degree on Systems Administration or related major
- A+ certificate(preferably) or any proven IT certification
- Fluent English in verbal & written communications
- Thorough knowledge of operation systems, networking, hardware, & software
- Excellent IT problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain problems & solutions to non technical users
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work under pressure, & meet deadlines
- Responsible and must follow IT Security & Compliance Policy
