POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources supervisory or manager.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Ample experience in mass recruitment and selection process.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics knowledge of HR systems and database.
• University graduate on psychology, business administration or related careers.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with high proficiency speaking and writing each language.
• A positive, motivated and ambitious attitude that will lead our team in body and spirit.
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical and organized with experience in teaching or training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
• Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
• Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
• Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
• Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions;
• Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
• Interpreting and advising on employment law;
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
