• Send all arrival notice with complete docs and distribution list of each customer.
• Arrange and complete all the services offer to customer (Trucking, documentation, Custom, Insurance, etc)
• Maintain system dully updated as per customer requirements (status, e-File, e-Scan, etc)
• Make sure to complete the custom process registrationon time and with correct information and updating status and informing customer
• Notify customer once docs are ready to pick up including free days and additional costs involved
• Keep close contact with suppliers and Front Line in order to create the synergy demanded for the operation to flow smoothly.
• Follow up each shipment with all involves Team in operation
• Achieve all KPI regarding FSL closing status, acceptance of ebillings and supplier invoices, service level and target GP per month.
