Requirements

- University degree within Sociology, Social work development, Agriculture environment, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a position that involves coordination and engagement with community members, groups, stakeholders, or any combination of these
- Minimum 5 years of experience from working in rural environment, project execution, which included Community Relations, Local Development, and Implementation of CSR activities
- Previous public relations experience and an existing network of contacts with policymakers and other elected representatives is preferred
- Experience in management and administration of resources for implementation of initiatives of social investment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – fluent in English and local language
- Strong interpersonal abilities, analytic capacity, Integrity, confidentiality, charismatic and ability to connect easily with people
- Knowledge of participatory methodologies, conflict prevention and conflict resolving
- Ability to recognize and seize media opportunities and manage these according to company policies.
- Strong ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders independently of beliefs, genders, positions and political agendas.
- Proven ability to exercise leadership and decision making within projects.

Conditions
- Salary up to US$2,500.00
- 12 month contract
- Car assigned to project shared with other members.
- Job is in Choluteca, but does not have to live there, we provide residency
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
