JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible of processing billing through TMW and Exactus for services provided within the Central American region. The incumbent must validate financial data, verify charges, identify billing mistakes and correct them consequently while keeping tracking of invoices as well ensures to issue invoices timely with its respective support, to verify that every invoice created is received electronically by the customer. Makes sure financial and fiscal procedures are followed accordingly in each country.

EDUCATION:

Business Administration or Accounting Degree (Required)

REQUIREMENTS:

Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
2-3 years’ experience in Finance and use of accounting systems (Lawson Preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously
Proficient with Microsoft applications including but not limited to Excel
Customer Service oriented
Proactive, team player
