A Talent development manager handles the learning and professional development of organization’s workforce. They can also be known as learning and development officers. Trainers equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks. Training managers either deliver the training themselves or arrange for a third party trainer to do it.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in English and Spanish with high proficiency speaking and writing each language.
• A positive, motivated and ambitious attitude that will lead our team in body and spirit.
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical and organized with experience in teaching or training.
• Must have experience in managing training programas in a corporate environment
