Objective:

Coordinate the processes of Selection of administrative personnel and training for the optimization of the human resource in the company.


Technical requirements:

· Degree in Psychology or related career
· Experience of at least 2 years in the training area
· English proficient
· Knowledge and application of HR procedures
· Experience in creating and managing budgets
· Experience / knowledge in recruitment and selection
· Knowledge of psychological tests at industrial level
· Office (Especially Excel)
