JOB DUCK IS HIRING CLIENT HAPPINESS COORDINATORS



Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, usually a law firm.



Happiness Coordinators improve customer retention, reduce customer churn, scout new customer opportunities, and drive new business growth through customer advocacy. Applying here is just the first step in our multiple-stage application process.



Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:



Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Organizing and scheduling quarterly business reviews with clients.

Creating, maintaining, and sending client satisfaction surveys to measure possible areas of improvement.

Providing support to client requests with friendly, accurate, and timely information.

Performing administrative duties, such as mailing, calendaring, and telephone communication.

Maintaining client records.

Building a rapport with clients

Other tasks as determined by the client



To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:

At least 15 months of experience in a related position or a related qualification.

Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken).

Client-oriented.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

•Strong organizational skills.

Attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidential information.

Problem-solving skills.

Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed (at least 30mb/s).



What can Job Duck offer you?



Monthly Compensation of 975 USD.

Salary/compensation paid in USD without the cost of wire transfer fees since payment is made through the Honduran company

Social Security and retirement benefits and contributions

13-month payment in December of every year equal to 1 monthly salary if the employee has completed 1 year or more of continuous employment. If not, the employee shall receive the proportional amount for the time worked.

14-month payment in June of every year equal to 1 monthly salary if the employee has completed 1 year or more of continuous employment. If not, the employee shall receive the proportional amount for the time worked.

Maternity Leave benefits for female employees

Paid annual leave/vacation after completing 1 year of continuous employment with the company in accordance with Honduras’ Labor Code.

After 1 year of employment - 10 days

After 2 years of employment - 12 days

After 3 years of employment or more - 15 days

Holiday pay rate where applicable

Eligible for annual bonuses
