- Achive target Sales USD Dollars, Volume Kg and GP USD$ for El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic
- Overdue below 5% for the market
- Definition of adjusted Forecast as close to the production levels projected by our customers
- Improve the realtionship with the customers for the market El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic
- Mantein good level prices and increase when the GP is affected
- Good relationship with the Technical area

Requirements:
- Title of Chemical or Textile Engineer
- 8 years of technical and sales experience

Knowledge, Experience and Skill / Competency Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in all process of Textiles
- Very good interpersonal relationship
- Solve the conficts
- Identify and anticipate to the problems, skills analitycs
- Leader skills
