Position Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team. This role plays a vital part in managing the complete vehicle purchase process, ensuring efficient coordination with clients and suppliers, compliance with regulations, accurate documentation, and high-quality service to maximize client satisfaction and support company goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual, and committed to providing outstanding service throughout the logistics process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Purchases and Supplier Relations.
Verify availability of models requested by clients.
Process purchase orders and ensure correct execution.
Serve as a liaison between the client and the company, providing personalized and high-quality service.
Advise clients on available options, pricing, and delivery times.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding the status of their orders.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, when applicable.
Manage and verify all legal documentation, including invoices, titles, and records.
Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Keep updated records of purchases, deliveries, and payments.
Prepare purchase management reports and present results to management.
Optimize purchasing processes to improve costs and delivery times.
Execute and monitor Dealer purchase services, verifying and completing all necessary shipment documentation to complete the vehicle purchase cycle efficiently, according to established KPIs.
Resolve conflicts that delay vehicle purchases at auctions.
Complete Dealer policies, POA, and Waiver forms.
Send invoices with payment.
Update client profile information.
Actively contribute to problem-solving.
Perform tasks on auction websites, such as:
Vehicle purchases.
Sending titles.
Changing instructions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; University student in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination, preferably in vehicle transport, dispatch, or towing industries.
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics/tracking software.
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving attitude..
