PRODUCT SALES MANAGER ( TEXTILE)

We’re looking for a product- and customer-focused leader with a proven track record of driving results in the apparel manufacturing industry.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing products that meet and exceed customer expectations. You’ll work closely with account teams and collaborate with Sales, Design, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities include managing product development timelines, requirements, specifications, and priorities in coordination with Product Development and Sales.

The ideal candidate combines operational leadership with technical expertise, building and guiding a team that delivers world-class products. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a passion for working closely with teammates and customers.


KEY REQUIREMENTS

? Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage accounts for mutual success
? Deep product knowledge: fit, patternmaking, construction, and manufacturing processes
? Ability to manage product development across all categories (knits, performance, wovens)
? Solid understanding of product materials and development lifecycle
? Excellent communication skills (in person, virtual, and phone)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office
? High level of confidentiality and discretion
? Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
? University degree preferred
? Availability to travel up to 20% may be required.
