We’re Hiring! Country Coordinator – Honduras ????
We are looking for a Country Coordinator to lead a technological company's product and retail strategies in Honduras. If you’re passionate about consumer electronics, retail operations, and market growth, this role is for you!
**What You’ll Do
- Execute the company's product strategy and ensure top-tier retail operations.
- Develop initiatives to drive sellout and strengthen brand presence.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor performance.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Oversee accurate and timely billing between Agency–company and company–client.
- Review KPIs and evaluate Retail Team performance.
- Lead, support, and manage the local Retail Team.
- Ensure timely submission of operational reports (Uniforms, Samples, POP, Incentives, Campaigns, SOS).
**What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing (consumer electronics preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset and market-trend interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Advanced MS Office; intermediate Power BI.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of the Honduran retail market.
- Experience managing teams.
- Soft skills in sales process, problem solving, time management, decision making, feedback, public speaking, and teaching.
