We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and proactive Intake Specialist to help support Rozas, Rozas Law Firm( our client based in the US), and serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth intake process and relieving administrative pressure from our legal assistants and attorneys. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, service-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage incoming calls and high call flow with professionalism and empathy.
2. Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients.
3. Gather detailed information from potential clients to determine case needs and eligibility.
4. Uphold client confidentiality and a professional tone in all interactions.
5. Accurately input and update data in the firm’s case management system.
What we are looking for
1. Friendly, patient, and empathetic when dealing with clients.
2.1-year of experience in a legal intake, customer service, or administrative support role.
3. Proficiency in Business English at the C2 level, including strong written and verbal communication skills, is essential.
4. Familiarity with legal processes or working in a law firm is a plus, but not required.
5. A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps, preferably up to 300 Mbps, is required to perform the duties of this role effectively.
6. An appropriate and consistent workspace is necessary to ensure productivity and effectiveness while working remotely.
