JOB SUMMARY

Record bank incomings in a timely and efficient manner, complying with the company's financial policies to finish the sales cycle.
Initiate the payment process by receiving and scanning the invoices from local vendors
Support the compliance of withholding Guatemala requirements, issuing withhodling documents accroding to local laws.



Essential Functions
- Receive invoices from local and foreign suppliers.
- Review important information on invoices such as (Company Name, Invoice Date, NIT, GR/Good Receipt, Purchase Order Number.
- Classify invoices received according to tax regime (Withholding Agents, Subject to Quarterly
- Payment, Subject to Definitive Withholding).
- Issue VAT withholdings (VAT Retention) and ISR withholdings (Portal SAT), ensuring its proper booking
- Record bank incomings (customer receipts, miscellaneous), providing visibility to the salesexecutives on pending information
- Scan the invoices received at the checkout and check that the information is in the reconciliation report.
- Support SOX, internal and external audit requirement
- Process payments to customers for commercial investment
- Support efficiency initiatives for the processes related


QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level Education Details Required/ Bachelor's Degree
- Accountant, Administrator or related
Work Experience
- At least 1 year in similar positions Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge in the use of SAP, Microsoft Office and Google tools Preferred
- English proficiency 70%
