We are looking for a Country Coordinator R&R to lead and manage the dedicated product division within Honduras, ensuring strong retail execution, operational excellence, and alignment with brand guidelines for an important technology company.
This role is key to driving sell-out performance, executing retail strategies, and leading the local Retail Team to success.
**Key Responsibilities
- Implement the company's product and retail strategy in collaboration with the Retail Team.
- Execute local initiatives to increase sell-out and strengthen market presence.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and retail performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with the Sales Team on product launches, promotions, and in-store initiatives.
- Monitor the company and competitor performance, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate closely with Samsung Marketing to align on campaigns and product strategy.
- Review KPIs and evaluate Retail Team performance.
- Manage, coach, and support the local Retail Team.
- Ensure timely and accurate operational reports (Uniforms, Samples, POP, Incentives, Campaigns, SOS).
**Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market trends.
- In-depth knowledge of the local retail market.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced English level.
**Skills & Competencies
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Intermediate Power BI proficiency.
- Personnel management experience.
- Continuous learning mindset for new products and technologies.
