Job Summary

•We are seeking a highly proficient English–Spanish Medical Interpreter (C1 level) to join our remote healthcare interpretation program.
The interpreter will be responsible for facilitating clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate communication between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in every interaction.

Hiring Bonus: $1,000 (USD)
•Bonus awarded upon successful completion of onboarding and initial performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide real-time medical interpretation between English-speaking healthcare professionals and Spanish-speaking patients via phone.

•Accurately interpret medical terminology, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures.

•Maintain neutrality, professionalism, and strict confidentiality at all times.

•Clarify cultural and linguistic nuances when necessary to support effective communication.

•Document call details accurately according to internal guidelines.

•Handle sensitive and emotionally challenging medical interactions with empathy and composure.


Required Qualifications

•Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and fluent/native Spanish (mandatory).

•High school diploma or equivalent (studies in healthcare, languages, or interpretation preferred).

•Strong knowledge of medical terminology (training provided if needed).

•Excellent listening, memory, and note-taking skills.

•Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure or sensitive medical situations.

•Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private home workspace.

•Ability to work 100% remotely.
