- Job Summary
We are looking for a French Bilingual Customer Service / Technical Support Representative to deliver high-quality support to French-speaking customers, with additional support in English when required.
This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving, technology, and working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

- Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and technical support primarily in French via phone, chat, or email
Support customers in English when needed
Handle inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Accurately document all interactions in CRM and internal systems
Follow quality standards, security policies, and operational procedures
Meet or exceed KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, and Quality
Escalate complex or sensitive cases following established guidelines
Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude

Language Skills (Mandatory)
French: Advanced / Fluent (B2–C1) – REQUIRED
English: Advanced (B2–C1) – REQUIRED
Spanish: Native or Fluent
Technical Skills
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools
Ability to multitask across multiple systems
