Activities
- Oversee day-to-day technical operations.
- Lead technical assistance, good farming practices implementation, harvest and post-harvest.
- Develop field productivity improvement plan.
- Secure institutional knowledge, especially with in post harvest process
- Deliver monthly report together with CFO
- Organize and execute third party field visits (customers, investors, press, other)
- Lead strategic projects : Lead farm sourcing efforts, hereunder identify land opportunities, conduct due diligence (technical, legal and business viability)
- Organize and execute internal training in outgrower management, technical aspects, leadership
- Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines.
- Set operational KPIs to meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
