Review and evaluate incoming request for quotes and prepare cost estimates in collaboration with GPD in order to release prices for HN site.

Interact and communicate with sales and customer service representatives as well as work closely to provide quotation and compile all required data for quote to meet requested customer due dates.

Control and Handle list prices for all vendor/Customer as well as to enter the prices in the value list in OFE.

Provide accurate and complete cost structure analysis to review feasibility of a new business.

Prepare item setup through OFE in order to quote.

Generate periodic incoming report for analysis.

Follow up on information request until it has been satisfied.

Ensure all required information is provided in correlatives report to track any quote.

Give support to Customer Service Officers once a new program becomes one of their Accounts/Customers

What we expect from you! Your Expertise:

Full knowledge of the English language: written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal skills and superior verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of the product line (specifications)Effective interpersonal skills dealing with people at various levels and in a variety of functions..
Knowledge of the production process.
Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
Mathematical skills are indispensable.
Minimum of two ( 2 ) years general work experience in a similar position.
A University Management Degree or Industrial Engineer
