Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills a must. Proficiency needed in English and Spanish language.
• Trustworthy and reliable towards customers, peers, and management.
• Type 40 words per minute, and be able to do so while carrying on a conversation with a customer
• Intermediate to Expert computer knowledge, especially with Windows and Mac based devices
• General understanding the Internet of Things; WiFi, tablets, smart phones, Windows, MACs
• Awareness of how DSL works, how to access modems, change SSID information, troubleshoot slow speed/intermittency issues
• Familiarity with how email functions, in order to troubleshoot customer issues
• Ability to learn new internal operating systems quickly in order to use the account tools to do an excellent job
