I GENERAL POSITION PURPOSE
Lead the Corporate and internal Quality procedures accomplishment and promote Quality at the source Culture; lead cost saving and improvement initiatives in Quality systems and contribute to Plant VSM improvement.
Lead de Quality and recut supervisors management, in order to assure KPIs accomplishment and Improvement.



II OBJECTIVES / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute and lead process improvement initiatives from the Quality Perspective, in order to assure customer satisfaction and a positive impact on Plant KPIs
2. Establish Quality systems, procedures and Quality GPS Policy in the facility.
3. Make sure all plant levels understand Product specifications and Costumer requirements through trainings, certifications and visual aids.
4. Keep track of Quality KPIS and communicate the results through the Organization.
5. Keep track of costumer complains resolution.
6. Lead periodical meeting with Quality Team in order to understand needs, review KPIs and actions. Promote team Work among all quality members, and along staff members.
7. Lead Quality at the Source initiatives, assuring employees commitment.
8. Lead Lean Initiatives on the Department
9. Lead and follow up of the main Goals department. Elaborate Action plans in order to assure continuous Improvement.
10. Participate on periodical meeting with other plant departments, to follow up on projects and actions to improve
11. Lead the Teams Conversion from traditional Quality System to Quality and the Source and Zero Defects Program
12. Follow all companies policies regarding Quality, GPS, Safety and environmental.
13. And any other requirement the Intimates QA manager for Central America requires supporting Intimates Supply Chain.

III Education/ Knowledge & Trainings / Skills / Experience:

a) Industrial Engineer
b) Professional Experience: 2 years on the industry
C) Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
D) Knowledge: Personnel Management,
