Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year College or University; or four to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong Computer Skills
• Strong English language proficiency written & verbal it’s a must.

Job Description
• To prepare letters presentations, reports and documents as needed
• Make travel arrangements, hotel reservations
• Prepare meeting arrangements
• Record and distribute meeting minutes
• To prepare production reports
• Review mail and distribute when required
• Keep record of all visitors
• Arrange lunch and transportation for all visitors
• Local Purchasing for office supplies
• Local Purchasing for Miscellaneous
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assist front desk
