Responsibilities:
1. Commissioning and deployment OSS system based on supervising project process and daily operation.
2. Interface with internal operation team and R&D team to locate technical problems that may arise during the daily operation.
3. Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration and daily operation.
4. Onsite support in problems solving of all OSS system according to SLA.
5. Analyze all team requirements and support to output effective solutions with Transformation Team. Gather knowledge of all requirements, development and deployment into OSS platform.
6. Develop all test strategies and procedures for all OSS work and provide support to all fault analysis on programs.
7. Perform troubleshoot on all processes and resolve all issues in network and develop all associate manuals and data designs.
8. Monitor all OSS platforms and provide upgrades to all processes.
9. Gather knowledge for customer requirements and develop tools and scripts and prepare technical proposals for all clients. Ensure 24×7 support to all technical team and ensure efficient delivery of all projects.
10. As the administrator to manage all OSS platforms and keep the network security match the Huawei and customer requirement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above, electronic engineering, systems engineering, communications engineering or related field.
2. Familiar with the process compilation in to IT tools.
3. Fluent oral and written English.
4. Willing and able to travel frequently
5. With experience in telecom implementation and support.
6. Basic knowledge of eTom or ITIL
7. Basic Knowledge of BPM
8. Knowledge of Windows 7, 2000 or XP; Solaris System (Unix), Linux.
