? Work duties
• To make the finance runs smoothly to support the business - including supplier reconciliations, store and file payments, expenses, internal control, etc;
• Update daily payments and Cash Flow.
• To prepare Weekly Pending Payment Reports in compliance with our KPI’s.
• To be responsible of the Staff and Outsourcing Expenses review.
• Manage a detail control of the delivered expenses to Finance Department.
• Upload all invoices to the HW systems in accordance to HW regulations and policies.
• Responsible of the store and file control.

? Requirements
• Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Be familiar with the operation of Oracle ERP Accounting system;
• Fluent oral and written English; Good communication skills;
• Advanced skills in MS office, especially in Excel.
• Be able to work under pressure within tight schedule and self-motivated;
• At least 1 year of working experiences in Accounting of Financial field, have the experience of handling AP Position (Account Payable) as the main responsible.
• Be familiar with WHT and VAT treatment according to local law.
