Descripción de la Oferta

Administrative Assistant: This position supports and works closely with the HR manager and executive team on a one-to-one basis, assisting in making the best use of their time through handling administrative type tasks.

Administrative Assistant will:
• Front desk coverage, general receptionist duties (i.e. - answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member, meet and greet clients and visitors).
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Perform clerical duties to include but not limited to: typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Process incoming mail, faxes and posts and corresponding as directed by manager.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic document filing system.
• Assist with payroll, accounting and Human Resource tasks as directed by manager
• Research and price office supplies and equipment.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Assist travel coordinator with arrangements and accommodations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other staff on behalf of manager.
• Prepare, organize and attend meetings.
• Support staff in assigned project based work.
• Research assigned tasks and present findings.
• Prepare and assist with client visits to include but not limited to: travel accommodations, arranging entertainment and dinners, and preparing office environment for visit.
• Perform personal assistant tasks.

• Professional verbal skills to answer telephones, greet guests and communicate internally and externally in a manner that represents company positively and professionally
• Positive attitude as demonstrated in interaction with co-workers, managers and external contacts
• Ability to learn fast and be flexible with dynamic environment.
• Adapt to multiple communication and personality styles.
• Must be organized with outstanding problem solving skills, ability to handle many projects and tasks and successfully deliver projects.
• Motivated, with a strong work ethic, as demonstrated in carrying out assigned tasks as directed, adhering to deadlines and looking for other projects to do when time is available
• Willingness to perform any task assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reading and writing skills sufficient to navigate, comprehend and/or draft standard business documents
• Arithmetic skills sufficient to perform basic accounting assignments
Prior courses taken (high school, seminars or post-secondary) in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point.
