Description
1. To prepare the required discharge lists and manifests prior to the vessel arrival and timely deliver them to the office at the port.
2. To coordinate and supervise that the custom broker meets and prepares all workflow and forms required prior to the vessel arrival.
3. Ensure that the custom broker delivers all required papers to the office since they will be the key to meet custom and authority’s requirement to clear the units spotted in the factories.
4. Timely prepare all corrections to the manifest, in order to avoid fines to Crowley.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good handling of heavy cases
• handling of ambiguity.


EDUCATION:
• University degree.
• Bilingual


WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 years’ work experience in the transportation.


SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE LEVEL:
• Strong personal computer skills to include spreadsheet, word-processing and database.

• Strong oral and written communication skills required.

• Basic knowledge of the laws customs of the country
