Requeriments
1+ year experiencie seccessfully managing sales or customer services team in the contact center industry
Exceptional english fluency , verbal and written
Ability to lead, develop and motivate group of tema leaders and representatives to achieve targets
Planning ando goal oriented
Passion for root cause analysis and Problem solving
Ability to communicate training feedback and suggestions to client clearly and efficiently
