Descripción de la Oferta

• To execute vigilance management of technological domain such as: VAP, Residential Video and Internet, and IT applications.
• To have an efficient communication of events and incidents with Customer Operations area, Back Office, Field Services, IT, Tigo Helpdesk and providers and NOCs of others operations.
• To provide first level technical support to different products and services of these: VAP, Residential Video and Internet, and IT applications.
• To execute the process stages of alarms and incidents: detection, notification, first level support, coordination with involved areas, escalation, solution and closure.
• To implement agreed SLAs/OLAs with internal costumer and products business owner.
• To collaborate in services and network performance reports.
• To fulfill and execute the internal controls and Key Performance Indicator assigned to the area.
• To execute and participate in ISO 22301 and ISO27001 audits and simulacrums.
• fulfill SLA and OLA indicators
