o 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
o Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, establishing rapport, matching and closing.)
o Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
o Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
o Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
o Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
o Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
o Strong computer and typing skills, minimum of 35 wpm
o High school diploma or equivalent.
