Roles and Responsibilities
- Able to manage a team
- Manage and plan achievement goals for the team
- Manage, analyze and resolve all issues related to the recruitment team and process
- Responsible of tracking and reporting on individual performance and attendance
- Drive recruitment process in pursuit of the most suitable candidates for the company
- Partner with other departments to provide the best service and assure effectiveness
- Maximize individual’s satisfaction, development and performance
- Provide monthly individual feedback to the team
- Provide corrective actions to maintain discipline and a welcoming environment
- Drive a proper handover between the Recruitment and Training departments (and other departments)
- Update the recruiting process with new requirements for the candidates
- Filter information from other departments and give updates to the team
- Provide feedback and success rates to all Departments
- Coordinates a proper welcoming for the training classes
- Manages transfers during the training period
- Manages workload for the recruitment team
- Recruiter’s monthly bonus payout
- Dialogue with outsourced candidate providers
- Supervise and modify recruitment process
- Able to open applicant’s pool
Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Recruitment
- Education: Major on Marketing or related field. Sales background.
- Knowledge: Microsoft office and Outlook management. Know how to manage all office equipment.
- Proficient in English. Basic knowledge of Labor laws. Recruitment systems proficiency.
- Skills Communication skills. Talent assessment capacity. Networker. Detail oriented, organized and with time management skills.
- Observations and good analyzing skills. People managerial skills. Objective. Resilient.
- Other requirements: Enthusiastic. Positive attitude, proactive, high moral standards and committed. Team player. Thorough and caring. Energetic. Able to create a fun, professional work environment.
