JOB DESCRIPTION:
To serve as lead investigator and conduct relevant compliance and fraud investigations relating to the Operation’s
business countrywide. To ensure that we adhere to Global and local fraud policies, internal codes of conduct.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting confidential and independent investigations, in collaboration with Global Investigations and Operation’s compliance, human resources, and legal teams.
- Working with Global Investigations team to assist in Globally-directed investigations
- Interviewing staff, contractors, and any other person at all levels and seniority by dealing with such interviews in a
sensitive, independent, and confidential manner.
- Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing documents and other data; putting together chronologies, charts, and other
analyses of evidence; and other investigative steps.
- Inputting and updating case information in database.
- Producing high quality investigation reports with findings that will be used for discipline and compliance outcomes.
- Identifying and interacting successfully with the Operation’s and Global stakeholders, including Compliance,
Senior Management, Audit, HR, Legal, Security, et al.
- Conducting root cause analysis.
- Interacting as appropriate with relevant Government agencies, including law enforcement.
- Working with Compliance teams to deliver anti-corruption and anti-fraud workshops and other training.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degrees or Certificates in Law, Compliance, Criminal Justice, Finance, and related fields a plus.
- Fluent converation and reporting skills in English
- Minimum 3-5 years of related investigations and fraud prevention experience.
- Experience conducting investigations in legal, compliance, HR, audit, finance, or law enforcement highly preferred.

SALARY
Candidates that meet qualifications and experience may recieve monthly between $2000 to $3500
