The Associate Price Analyst is responsible to support the Price Analyst to assure all of the customer purchases orders are corrected updated based on the Value added services matrix each customer request for Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador.

Main Functions:

• Assist Price Analyst with Downloading Purchase orders from Customer’s systems weekly.
• Support Price Analyst with Adding Season, Value Added Services (VAS) surcharge, production upcharge fields in Excel document
"• Assist Price Analyst with comparing the Tegra global FOB’s against customers purchase order from Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador. Assist with calculating the VAS for each customer by category and color based on the established pricing matrix utilizing VLOOKUP
o Production minimum surcharges
o Extend size upcharges
o Musical size runs
o Hangers
o Discounts

• Support and review all VAS charges and communicate these charges to the customer to add these charges to the current FOB price before the Po ships to the customer.
• Support following up with customer to assure the customer PO’s are updated based on the information Tegra Global advised.
• Help coordinate if PO shipped before customer PO’s are update with the proper price. Coordinate this issue with the Tegra finance team to assure billing is corrected.
• Participate in weekly alignment calls with customers.
• Develop relationships within Tegra and with customer.
