Responsibilities:
Responsible for the reception desk duties, internal administration service and support within a Project, focus for one or more area such as vehicle management, purchase control, telephone attendance, report, mobile management, payments. Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Office/Project, and support the work of management and other staff. Meeting and other arrangements for staff as requested. Improve the administration working process and efficiency; improve the satisfaction of internal customer, the staff.
Requirements:
? Living in TGU
? Education in business administration or related fields, office management.
? Excellent spoken and written English.
? Proficiency in the use of computer programs.
? Self-driven, service-oriented, result-oriented, a team player, diligent, adaptable and resourceful, adapt to work under pressure.
