Product Engineer who will specialize in data connectivity component & cable assembly manufacturing. Engineer will primarily manage customer requests for new product, existing product requirement modifications and legacy production data connectivity products. Engineer will also be responsible for various data connectivity portfolio projects in COAX, USB/LVDS and Ethernet applications.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year College or University; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Bilingual: English Written and Oral Proven Skills
3. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets professional journals, technical procedures, and ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
4. Excellent communication skills it’s a must!
5. High Sense of Urgency and attitude to work under pressure is a must!
6. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
7. Should have knowledge and skills using:
• Project Management software (Microsoft Project)
• Spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel)
• Word Processing software (Microsoft Word)
• Presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Ability to lay out and create basic product assembly prints
8. Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal supervision and provide updates on project status where issues or problems can be reviewed discussed and resolved.
9. Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines.
10. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
