Descripción de la Oferta

1. Ensure the correct monitoring of issues related to suppliers, purchase orders and communications analysis. He will provide support to all WHS in regards to any receiving issues.
2. Import and Export Management for all Intimates Plants in Honduras and will ensure optimization of all resources.
3. Provide relevant assessment in regards to the management of permissions and authorizations necessary for the operation of foreign trade, transport, and others related to the logistic process.
4. Provides tactical supports for plants in regards to the VESTA 3PL or any transportation related issue.
5. Identifies improvement areas; strategizes and executes cost saving projects for the Logistic Department.
6. Customs and Logistics Audits, to ensure the compliance of all customs and trade agreements.
7. Ensures the compliance of security protocols related to transportation
8. Coordinates the processes related to different procedures that are performed in the logistics chain, ensuring the fluidity of the same and working on projects that seek to simplify them; in order to increase the efficiency of the chain.
9. Responsible for the performance of the suppliers assigned based on their complexity; in order to ensure the required level in the provision of the service.
11. Review facility shipments indicators with Finished Good Team, Inbound team & Customs and Trade Team (Dwell time, Issue Report, Customs and Trade Compliance)
12. Purchase of logistic related supplies such as seals, DUT and export documentation formats.
13. Measure, tract & report supply chain performance
Requisitos :
• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 2years in supply chain (logistics / Procurement).
• English (Verbal and written fluent)
• Strong numerical analytic capabilities and strategic for solution of problems and taking of decisions.
• Ability to create processes and identify the needs of exception handling to solve critical business problems.
• Strong communication skills (Verbal and written).
• Know-how and business in fields related to the assigned area
