Job Description:
• Answer inbound calls to help customers with questions about their high speed internet order, email services and/or billing questions.
• Accurately document customer account records, via computer, based on actions taken and details discussed during the interaction.
• Establishing and maintaining professional and positive relationships with customers on behalf of EarthLink while focused on first-call resolution, retaining revenue, and building value.
• Must have the ability to multitask and keep cool in a high pressure, high transaction environment while providing top notch customer care.
Key Skills:
• Strong customer service phones skills and basic trouble shooting skills
• Advanced English and Spanish speaking and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and to adapt to different personality types
• Exceptional computer skills and fast typing skills
• Relevant work experience in tech support is a big plus!
