Receive and review orders from the Planning Department
* Gather materials needed for the separations and spec sheets from customer websites
* Create Screenprint separations, taking into account the deadlines
* Create spec sheets, notifying the Production Department of garment type, ink type and sequence, graphic placement, etc.
* Balance workload based on deadlines of different programs and customers
* Communicate with other departments daily (Planning, Production, Screens, etc.)
* Customer service to the Planning and Production department
* Communicate with the customer regarding artwork
* Communicate daily with other artists in other facilities across the US and Central America
* Work with the other artists, the art manager and art director on setting and achieving goals
Skills/Qualifications:

* 2-3 years of relevant experience in Color Separation.
* Uses advanced computer software including the Adobe CC Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) as well as Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple projects at a time and set priorities to hit deliverables on time.
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication skills.
