Descripción de la Oferta

Basic Function: Monitors and escorts un-cleared personnel and contractors in leased residences and buildings or other locations in the Mission facilities and grounds. Provides services and administrative support. The incumbent is required to drive an official vehicle, must have a valid driver's license.

Experience: At least one year of administrative/clerical work experience is required.


Education: Completion of high school is required.


Language: Good Working Knowledge Speaking/Reading/Writing in English is required. Good Working Knowledge Speaking/Reading/Writing in Spanish is required. (This may be tested)



Knowledge: Must be familiar with the general layout of mission housing and facilities. Knowledge of office and administrative procedures such as filing, drafting correspondence and customer service is required. Must have a thorough knowledge of web-based databases and internet applications. Must have thorough knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Power Point, and Microsoft Word. Must be able to analyze and interpret graphs and prepare graphs in Excel.

Skills and Abilities: Ability to use Software applications as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment and exercise various degrees of judgment in escorting people. Must be observant, flexible, and service oriented. The incumbent may be required to withstand high temperatures, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, or stand for extended periods. Must have a valid driver’s license. (This may be tested)
