Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years working experience as HRBP, HR Generalist or related job title
• Advanced English Level
• Knowledge in local labor law and HR practices such as recruitment, compensations and benefits, staff engagement activities etc…
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook applications; excellent Excel skills.
• Assertive, extrovert and likes to interact with all levels of people
• Ability to work in a commercial manner and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Good at team work, strong implementation ability, oriented final responsibility and result
Responsibilities
• Recruitment and selection
• Onsite support for employees
• Support internal & external audit and compliance
• Medical and life insurance management
• Manage Expatriates’ and foreign business travelers’ Visa and Work Permit status and compliance
• Maintain relationship with related ministry / government department to facilitate Visa and work permit proce
• Liaise with internal Procurement team HR supplier for renewal of contract / service
• Coordinate to execute office team building activities
• Manage outsourcing companies
