Job Description
As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of cladding projects. This position is responsible for leading and directing the project team while maintaining relationships with all project stakeholders. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all activities of the project including client and contract requirements; planning, scheduling, and evaluating project scope; and completing proposals, costs and budgets with accuracy. The Project Managers ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budget parameters either by performing the following duties personally or coordinating them through teammates, third-party contractors, or project partners. Project Managers are multi-taskers with the ability to manage multiple overlapping projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cladding solutions that align with the company's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and design excellence.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably within the cladding or façade industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cladding systems, materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Availability to travel in case the situation is needed.
• A US Visa is a plus.
