As a Lead Specialist, Talent Acquisition Marketing and Communications working remotely in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping connect people to careers? Do you love both the analytical and creative sides of marketing? In this role, you’ll be combining the best of business-to-consumer marketing and talent acquisition and supporting the local recruitment efforts by being the expert in what drives and attracts talent. You’ll work collaboratively with the local and global talent acquisition, social media, and employment brand teams to plan, budget, and execute the sourcing activities such as digital advertising, social media, employee referrals, public relations, and community events.?

You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Marketing. You’ll contribute to the team and the success of the business by bringing amazing talent to work and grow in their career with TTEC.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

· Create a comprehensive sourcing plan to support recruiting goals within an assigned geography
· Analyze metrics to track the effectiveness of each sourcing channel, seek out trends, and make decisions about how to meet the demand
· Develop sourcing initiatives including the recommendation of innovative ad campaigns and promotions needed to support these plans and partner with internal creative resources to design and produce creative assets
· Act as a project manager for collateral creation by establishing deadlines, being accountable for approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for on-time delivery.
· Improve the key success metrics associated with hiring goals including conversion rate, cost per hire, time to fill, and client satisfaction
· Work with the corporate support teams and approved vendors to ensure the marketing campaigns and value propositions are appealing to the local market.
· Establish TTEC’s employee referral program as the first or second source for new candidates inclusive of the coordination and implementation of on-site and virtual events.

What You Bring to the Role

· Bachelor’s degree in any field, and at least 3 years of experience in marketing or talent acquisition in a high-volume recruitment environment
· Computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office, job board management, and applicant tracking systems preferred
· Knowledge of the local talent market and available sourcing channels
· Talent to influence others and lead peer-to-peer by example, coaching, and mentoring
· Analytical skills that can apply past data to future decision making
· Confidence to lead discussions, determine outcomes and timelines, and execute in a timely fashion
